Suddenly The World Is Very Friendly
I don't know isit because recently I've become more and more and more handsum, but people and strangers I saw and touched appears very friendly.
I got one ang moh friend who lives in ang mo kio tells me that Singaporean very unfriendly. I told him impossible because everytime I see people and strangers smiling at foreigners, especially during the IMF.
The other day I was in unlucky bus 13. The bus was crowded like people mountain people sea. At the end of the bus is a slope that goes up and there was this Orpit lady who stood on higher ground. At some point on the way home the bus captain out of a sudden push the brake hard hard so it made everyone swing forward. I managed to stand my ground but the Orpit lady cannot make it too lousy so she leaned on me but it didn't feel like she was leaning on me. Maybe because she is too light. Normally anyone would give me a not happy face but abnormally she smiled at me apologetically and I was touched and as they used to say a smile can make a person's day.
Then another of the other day I walked past this traditional shop selling household items like pails and brooms. I accidently stepped on the uncle's foot but instead of being angry and mumbling some hokkien phrases that says the youths are nothing but shit the uncle actually acknowledged my apologies and even smiled at me. I was surprised and as they used to say a smile can make a person's day.
Finally today I went to have some fish soup for dinner. The cook smiled and asked me about my T-shirt which featured The Beatles. Normally people would ask, you listen to the beatles ah? and I would reply that I actually know nothing about the beatles but just act only to make myself look more cool to blend into the crowd something like that, but this guy here actually asked me is this the group from Taiwan called F4. I don't know if he's trying to be funny or if he's trying to be clever but as they used to say a smile can make a person's day.
Therefore, from today onwards, I seek to smile to make a person's day. You should too to make Singapore have more good years ahead. Tomorrow first thing I will do is smile at the examiner. Wish me luck for the exams and those who are waiting for NS as well as those who are having exams like me, best of luck to you too.

Today Exams Haven End But
Today exams haven't finish but to celebrate the end of mini-exams, a few of my polytechnicfriends and I went to City Hall and then to Peninsula Plaza to play computer game.
On the way there, we become good citizens. We didn't jay-walk like every other matured and handsum and pretty orpit people does at the city hall. A few days ago, STOMP aka the best website in Singapore featured a user (with a picture of tourists/ang moh jaywalking) saying that tourist shouldn't jaywalk and that we should help to carry the tourist's ball ball by not jaywalking. So as a result we will set a good example and the foreigners will become better and make the Singapore a better place for themselves.
We crossed the pedestrian crossing but luckily we didn't become too good a citizen as we forgot to raise both hands when crossing the road.
We came to this Internet shop creatively called IRC. Without further a do, we went in and this lady at the counter I talk to her in chinese but she still reply me in english.
We started off by playing Counterstrike. Then Battlefield something one. Very tok kong one I never hear or play before one. We had a lot of fun and were like little children playing games for the first time. We played for around 5 hours.
After that we ate Burger King and I had Grilled Chicken. As usual I was hungry like don't know what and I ate very quickly.
Then at the end, we went home. I went towards the East and they, towards the West.

My house downstair got Funeral
Then some old people with instruments were playing :
我送你離開 千里之外 你無聲黑白
I send you away beyond a thousand miles you no sound black white
What a fitting song man.

Happy Birday To Gay Chou
Dearest Gay Chou,
If you can read this, you must know that you should stop becoming a Star in movies and go back to the drawing board to draw your treble clefs and bass clefs.
Don't tell me you don't know that people are just carrying your balls by giving you a Gold Horse. And that Zhang Yimou, you really think he thinks you are good. To be blunt you were a joker in Autumn Remembrance.
When I see singers like Alan Luo topping the music charts, I know there's something wrong. When I watch MTV-Asia Taiwan, I find that your Still Fantasy actually sounded out of this world.
You still have it in you and I know it. Please unleash your tok-kong-ness again.
Your greatest fan,
Signature not required.

The Year 2006
Blog Of 2006 (Female)
Winner is none other than Shu Hui. She sounds and looks naive most of the times, is funny and has good english. She is also a pretty face but loses to her sister. Also check out the way she changes boyfriends like anyone changes clothes.
Blog of 2006 (Male)
Singapore Ah Chen takes the throne. He updates regularly and possesses some humour and decent pictures plus encounters that keeps things interesting throughout.
Notable Mentions : Guan Hui (uses Matured vocabularly), Simon (sadly retired with the news of Steve Irwin's Death), Melissa Peh (sounds poetic some times)
Album of 2006
This Indie-pop album from Taiwan is surprising and raw. Plus Desert Chang has a great voice. It was $18.90 well-spent.
Quote of 2006
Moment of 2006
Movie of 2006
None's that tok kong enough. But The Departed comes close.
Notable mentions : V For Vendetta, Confession Of Pain, Autumn Remembrance, Dead Man's Chest, Superman Returns, Inside Man, and Casino Royale.
Joke of 2006
Miss Wee Shu Min
Drama of 2006
Can't think of anything liao.
Last night, I went out with Ragboy and company. We sang Kbox and then we went to Cineleisure's foodcourt for some games of chopsticks(that primary school game).
After the new year arrived, we went out. We discovered to our horror the sheer amount of Foreign Talents. I saw one of them sprayed a poor lady. Really certified bastards. Luckily, none of them sprayed us.
Anyway, Happy New Year to all.
